The oven is lit and wood-fired pizzas are back at Cowdray Farm Shop & Café. Served on Friday and Saturday evenings from 4pm. Delicious sourdough bases, made in-house by our team of chefs, are topped with homemade passata and the highest quality mozzarella. All cooked in a matter of minutes in our wood-fired oven based in the Farm Shop courtyard. Deep Relaxation Sound Journey Session

DEEP RELAXATION SOUND JOURNEY SESSION Friday 24th July | 7pm-8pm Rebalance yourself with sound Listen to the calming sounds of a variety of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion in a therapeutic sonic experience for relaxation and well-being. Sound and well-being Its important to make time for ourselves, and to look after our wellbeing. These sessions use a range of large gongs, played in a gentle and sensitive manner to help achieve a deep sense of relaxation and meditation which can help to restore the mind and body back to equilibrium. It is a great pleasure to have provided regular monthly sound sessions at Cowdray for over 5 years in this stunning and tranquil location. I bring a wealth of experience with sound and also having been a musician for over 40 years, this combined with my personal approach to playing the gongs which has been an integral part of my own life path. Using a unique multi-sensory approach to make every session a powerful and varied sonic journey through sound which reaches far beyond the normal soundbath experience.
