Join us for a bit of wellness on a Wednesday with this gently flowing mind, body, breath movement practice. Qi gong (meaning energy cultivation) is like meditation in motion - it's calming, grounding and transformative. Easing stress, releasing tension, it improves flexibility and balance, restores and revitalises your energy. And it's fun! Beginners welcome and numbers are strictly limited, so it’s ESSENTIAL to book in advance £15 per class or save £10 and book a 4-Class Pass for £50 or 6-Class Pass for £75 which works out at £12.50 per class. The easiest option for the Class Pass is to book a £50 or £75 GIFT /CLASS PASS and contact me via email (address below) to let me know which dates you can attend so I can reserve your spot. The Jubilee Room is a beautifully quiet, light-filled space which adjoins the church in Shamley Green. There's a separate entrance which is clearly signposted.
