Join us on Wednesday nights for relaxed five-a-side football. It's a great space to meet others and to build community. Invite your friends, grab your trainers, and join us weekly from 8.00–9.30pm for mixed football at [St Matthew's Primary School](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5eNWh8DGj63AAWcL6) (near the Grafton Centre). Changes Health & Wellbeing host this Mental Health Peer Support Meeting every Friday morning between 10am and 12noon. This is a FREE session, open to anyone to drop in. Changes adult peer-support groups (PSGs) offer safe, friendly and structured meetings across Stoke on Trent and are run by qualified staff.
