Wednesday Night Football

Join us on Wednesday nights for relaxed five-a-side football. It's a great space to meet others and to build community. Invite your friends, grab your trainers, and join us weekly from 8.00–9.30pm for mixed football at [St Matthew's Primary School](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5eNWh8DGj63AAWcL6) (near the Grafton Centre). Men and women of all abilities are welcome and we'll head out to the pub afterwards! Your first session is free, and then it's £5.00 per session or you can save money by paying for a whole term! Please note, the pitch is a hard court surface, so we'd recommend wearing trainers or astroturf shoes if you have them. Changes: Mental Health Peer Support Meeting

Changes Health & Wellbeing host this Mental Health Peer Support Meeting every Friday morning between 10am and 12noon. This is a FREE session, open to anyone to drop in. Changes adult peer-support groups (PSGs) offer safe, friendly and structured meetings across Stoke on Trent and are run by qualified staff. Toilets are gender-neutral but located up two flights of stairs, which may be difficult for those with accessibility needs. The nearest accessible toilet is at Tesco Extra, a five-minute walk away. Longton Train Station is less than a 5-minute walk from the venue. There are multiple bus stops along The Strand, with services to and from Newcastle and Hanley.
