OVERVIEW Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience in the serene setting of Selby Abbey’s St Nicholas Room.  “Who knew Sound could be so Good?” A “Sound Bath”  is an immersive meditative sound experience.  It’s good for the mind and it’s good for the soul.  It promotes positive mental health and can raise your vibration.  I try to take you on a journey of self-discovery, you may see colours, you may have an emotional release, you may even meet people and being on your journey.  Your journey is personal to you; to one kept for oneself or to be shared, the choice is up to you. The Sound bath lasts approximately an hour, but I’ve allocated an hour and a quarter so as not to be rushed. There are contradictions that come with every type of healing, please read all the questions.  If you are unsure if you can attend, please consult your Doctor.  My list of contradictions does not preclude anyone from not attending. Don’t forget if you are wanting to attend, you’ll need to bring a Yoga Mat or comfortable chair, a blanket and a pillow.  I cannot provide these otherwise I wouldn’t have any room for my instruments. An incredible night of Bowie anthems including Let’s Dance, Starman, Life on Mars, Rebel Rebel and more, performed live, by candlelight. David Live is one of the best tributes to any artist you will ever see – a respectful and charming homage, attracting praise from all corners of the Bowie community. Chris Evans (BBC Radio 2) remarked, “THEY WERE FANTASTIC!” and Lord March, who had the band play at his renowned Goodwood Revival Party when the real David Bowie had to decline, exclaimed, “IT’S DAVID BOWIE!” The band has performed for the BBC, for the Cambridge May Ball and for Lord and Lady Gerald Fitzalan-Howard at the wedding of their daughter, Florence. We recently had the honour of playing at The David Bowie World Fan Convention in Liverpool. David Live was formed nearly 20 years ago and is considered the favourite amongst true Bowie fans.
