The class is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to dive deeper, use the lilypad freediving platform, prepare for the RAID advanced freediver course or simply hone and advance your skills.You’ll learn how to:Master buoyancy to improve depth and dive timeBuddy for deep divesUse a lanyard and the freediving platformSafely extend your limitsIn addition, you’ll be working with Emma on equalisation, technique and dive preparation in order to improve your performance and confidence in the water, and diving within the limits of your current qualification (20m for RAID Freediver and equivalent, and 30m for RAID Advanced Freediver and equivalent).When:20th June (1.30 pm – 7pm)24th July (1.30 pm – 7pm)8th August (1.30 pm – 7pm)Where: Vobster QuayWhat’s included:2 dive sessions with Emma FarrellIndividual assessment and tutoringPre-requisites:Medical Declaration (not older than 6 months)Must have passed the Open Water Freediver course if you trained with usBe a minimum of SSI level one or Aida 2* if you trained elsewhere. Lucky 7’s Fundraiser at Vallis Farm

Lucky 7's goes on tour! Frome's community-driven music collective is bringing their good vibes and excellent tunes to the kitchen garden at Vallis Farm. What's the idea? Bring your favourite 7 x 7” vinyl records, whatever style that may be - no restrictions, no limitations, and book a slot to spin and contribute to the entertainment. There will be plenty of food and drink throughout the day, including a licensed bar plus the opportunity to use the natural pool and sauna. Vallis Farm has plenty of space to enjoy for the whole family, so come and spend the day soaking up the atmosphere! Entry to the event is free. As we are raising money for charity, vinyl sessions are charged depending on the time slot you want (get in quick!). *You can book as many sessions as you like, but please avoid back-to-back blocks. We would advise bringing more than 7 x 7's just in case. Slots are 20 minutes.
