Held each July, The Sutherland Agricultural Show began in 1951 to showcase the vitality and productivity of this fragile area of Scotland. Stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the North Sea, from the far north coast to the Dornoch Firth, Sutherland encompasses a wide diversity of landscapes and climatic conditions, and its industries and agriculture reflect this. The Main Show Ring hosts a variety of entertainment including The Ardross Pipe Band, the ever popular Working Sheepdog Display, Vintage Vehicle Parades, Children’s Sports, Terrier Racing and, of course, Judging of the Champions and the Livestock Parade. Croick Church | Pilgrimage and Worship

Come and share worship in the newly reopened Croick Church. The service begins at 3pm and includes the Lord’s Supper. Those making the pilgrimage beforehand are asked to gather at the Amat turnoff (What3Words send.outbound.surprises) for 2pm. Parking is limited at Amat but there is plenty at the Church. As ever, everyone is welcome.
