Wednesday PM's

A mid-week drop-in usually on the 2nd and 4th (& 5th) Wednesdays of the month, 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm in the church hall. There will be a warm welcome, fellowship, cakes, tea, coffee and board games (including scrabble, upwords, rummikub, dominoes, Tengo Duo and cards, etc) on offer. And if games are not your thing, just enjoy the hospitality and chat in a warm space. We are asking for donations of up to £1 and everyone is welcome. Please join us - WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU. The Evening Lyfe group

Lyfe group- The Wednesday group will be following the theme of 'Pursuing Peace', a 5 week course based on Philippians 4:4-9. Written by David Ingall, it considers how we can pursue 'the peace of God that passes all understanding' in our lives. Each week there is a short video followed by a discussion time. It is very informal and everyone is welcome. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays May 13th, May 27th, June 10th, July 22nd and July 29th. Sessions are by zoom and start at 7.30pm, lasting about an hour. If you would like to know more, please . We find our meetings to be a time of sharing, learning and fellowship and would love to encourage you to join us.

Aldborough & Boroughbridge Agricultural Show is returning to the spectacular setting of Newby Hall, nr. Ripon. The prestigious show, to be held on Sunday July 26th 2026 includes entry into the award winning gardens and legendary adventure playground, complete with pedalo boats, zip wire and miniature railway! Access to the beautiful Georgian house is also available on the day at a discounted rate. The Stray Notes Choir Performance Saturday 1st August

Join us on Saturday 1st August 2026 and enjoy a performance by The Stray Notes Choir. The Stray Notes Choir is a community choir from Harrogate. Taking its name from the Stray, 200 acres of beautiful parkland extending across the town, the choir was formed seven years ago and performs regularly at venues throughout North Yorkshire. The choir sings an eclectic mix of music in four-part harmony and promises an uplifting performance of choral, pop, rock, show tunes and world music. Admission is included in your Gardens ticket, Newby Hall season ticket, Historic Houses & YGHCG membership. Simply book a Garden Admission ticket for Saturday 1st August 2026 and enjoy the 2 x 40 minute performances at 1pm & 2pm outside on the Restaurant Lawn.
