Kirby Misperton nestles quietly in North Yorkshire where the air is crisp and the pace is slow enough to notice a cloud drifting by. The Village Hall has been running its community shows for decades while Pitchers Sports Bar offers a pint and a chat after the rain stops. It is a proper place to settle down with a programme of local interest. You can find your evening sorted without needing to ask a dozen friends what they are up to. A comedy night or a film screening usually fills the calendar, and there is always a warm welcome waiting at either door. We keep it simple here so you never have to wonder where to go next.

Join us on a Sunday Morning at 10:30 am  for our bi-weekly All Age Worship A fun-filled service suitable for all ages with varying activities including worship, talks and childrens crafts. Journey with Jesus and his Disciples this Lent as we unpack the story of Holy Week. We gather weekly on  Monday evenings on 23rd Feb, 2nd March, 9th March, 16th March, 23rd March, 30th March – AND Tues 31st March and Wed 1st April. We invite you to join us either online, or in-person at Norton Trinity Methodist to watch an Episode of ‘the Chosen’ in the Fellowship Hall, between 7-8pm.  Limited parking is available in the church car park. A bit about Norton Community Fridge We would hope that anyone who is struggling financially would take advantage of this free food. Equally if people take food and are in a position to give a donation that is OK too. We have been supported in setting up by Norton Town Council and Yorkshire Housing Association. We have also received charitable donations from The Rotary Club and The Lions Club.  We are not for profit, any donations go towards our running expenses. We offer tea, coffee and biscuits to anyone using the fridge, as well as a warm friendly space. We are open Tuesday and Friday from 10am to Noon, though will close early if we run out of produce. The only rules for people taking food from the fridge is that is not sold on, and that it is used. Please do come round and see us on one of the mornings we are open and have a coffee with us.

Join Us For Soup and a Pud at Pickering Methodist Church on a Thursday Lunchtime. “Soup and a Pud” every Thursday from 12 noon (serving till 12.25 pm) in the Community Centre at Pickering Methodist Church.
