You'll find everything from craft workshops the kids won't stop asking about to open mic nights that are genuinely worth staying up past nine for. Dogs and children are welcome! The tour around Make Hamilton takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Alison is also the creator of Make Mosaic and runs beginners classes in mosaics and other craft techniques across the North West. She has a love of using reclaimed and broken china (as well as other found / unloved objects) to make bespoke pieces.

The members have made a variety of items supporting various charities over the years – including blankets, premature baby clothes, hats, knitted toys and items for Christmas. There is a stockpile of wool and knitting needles, so no initial outlay. Bring along something you have started or something you are about to start. So whether you are a beginner or skilled knitter or just want to come along to find out what we are all about – you will be made very welcome.
