Classes for under 15s run every Wednesday and Thursday 5:45-6:45pm , and there is a class for under 6s every Wednesday from 5:00pm . Beginners and new attendees are absolutely welcome, and the first class is free to try . From then on it's £5 per session . Tea and Toast Thursdays

At 10.00am each Thursday, we welcome people to come for tea and toast in our lovely church hall. It's a great way to meet new people, chat and enjoy a good brew with delicious chunky toast and a range of home-made jams and marmalades. We have Mass at 9.30am in the church but you don't have to have been to Mass to come along and join us.

Cookery Classes

We're excited to announce monthly cookery classes here at the church! These are a continuation of the Community Connections Café, launched in October 2024 and funded by a grant from Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale Council for Voluntary Service. The grant period has now ended, but the Café was such a success that we would like to continue sharing food and conversation with new and returning faces. All attendees will get a chance to participate in the cooking process and share the meal we make. Classes are free to attend and you do not need to book on, just turn up on the day. These will be held on the last Thursday of the month in the Pyramid Room . If you attended one or more of our Cafés and enjoyed the art and craft element, don't worry: these will be included in another upcoming monthly event here. Watch this space! The next cookery class will take place on Thursday 24th July 11:00am-2:00pm , where the theme will be Switzerland. We hope you can join us then!
