Consciously connecting with our breath is an incredibly healing practice which can bring about profound healing in the body and mind by amplifying the prana life force energy flowing through the body and the oxygen levels in the blood, and consciously moving into areas of pain or energetic blocks within the body system and energy field. If you are struggling with low energy, if you are in mental, emotional, or physical pain, going through a difficult/turbulent time in life, stuck on a major life decision, or maybe you want to tap into the healing wisdom of the breath and body and have a beautiful and powerful, life-changing and healing experience. If so, my group breathwork journey could be the medicine you need. This is a shamanic approach to breathing as we are entering into altered states of consciousness to facilitate healing. This type of breathwork can bring about incredible healing and transformation, the releasing of old trauma patterns, and energies stored in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
