If you wish to experience realizations quickly, the practice of Lama Chopa is indispensable. The benefits of the practice according to Lama Zopa Rinpoche: Practicing this Guru Puja, which is an integration of the three deities, makes it much easier to achieve enlightenment in a brief life of this degenerated time.
