A free Coffee/Tea Drop-in Morning. Meets every Thursday morning in the Church Vestibule from 10.00 – 12 noon. This friendly and sociable gathering is open to all and we welcome regular visitors and any passers-by who see our doors open and call in for a hot drink.

St Mary's is pleased to be hosting this event - Become a Dentia Friend. This training is put on through Home Instead by a Alzheimer's Ambassador. The sessions last about one hour and at the end of a 'A Dementia Friend' and are given a badge to show this. Being a Dementia Friend simply means learning more about dementia, putting yourself in the shoes of someone living with the conition, and turning your understanding into action. The International Living History Festival is over the weekend of 18–19 April 2026 The festival will welcome a large and diverse turnout of living history groups, portraying both civilian and military life across the centuries. From everyday domestic skills to the realities of conflict, history will be brought vividly to life by hundreds of passionate reenactors. With over 300 reenactors, working alongside Ratcliffe’s Heritage Events, more than 20 living history camps will be established across the site.
