Deeper is for children in school years 3 to 6, to come and have some after school fun & games. We have lots of games out, like football, board games, Nintendo Wii, and quieter things like colouring and construction toys. The children sit round a table together to have toast and squash and hear a short thought for the day, and they can buy some sweets from our tuck shop. We play games, have dinner, have time to chat, and have a thought for the week, as well as having tuck shop and other fun one off sessions. There are lots of activities for young people to do, like pool, table tennis, Xbox, crafts, colouring, football and other group games. As part of the session we share a hot meal together, so you don't have to try and fit dinner in at home as well! The cost is £1 per person each week. St. Matt's Community Hub is open every Wednesday 11am - 2pm. Warm, friendly and free - it is a place to meet people and feel connected. Hot and cold drinks and light lunches are available.
