PaddleFit is a fun and energetic way to get out on the river while improving your paddleboarding skills and fitness at the same time.From sit-ups, press-ups, and planks on the board, you’ll challenge your balance, core strength, and endurance — all while enjoying time on the water with a great group.We finish each session with 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation, either on the board or by the river.Suitable for paddlers who have completed a SUP session with us (or equivalent).Participants must be reasonably confident paddlers and swimmers.You can bring your own board or hire one from us.
