Printmaking (Wednesdays for Fourteen Weeks)

A self-directed, untutored, and collaborative printmaking day, suitable for those with some experience of printmaking. Our members use a variety of techniques such as linocuts, collagraphs, drypoint, woodcut printing and aluminium etching. These sessions will provide the perfect space to work together sharing ideas and exploring these methods further. Inspired by Rennie Mackintosh’s work the course aims to focus on composition by drawing free, loose line to ‘dip and draw’ with water soluble coloured pencils and delicate watercolour washes.
