Art Changes Lives – Community Connectedness offers free, weekly creative sessions for adults who may be feeling lonely or isolated. These relaxed, friendly sessions are designed to help people feel comfortable, welcomed and supported while exploring creativity at their own pace. Through simple, accessible art activities, participants can express themselves, try something new and enjoy being part of a group without pressure or expectations. The sessions focus on building confidence, boosting self-esteem and helping people feel less alone, while gently encouraging connection and conversation. At Artcore, we believe creativity can help people feel more connected to themselves and others. Our sessions provide a calm, safe space where everyone is valued, listened to and free to take part in whatever way feels right for them. The sessions are open to adults aged 19 and over and are suitable for complete beginners no experience is needed, just a willingness to give it a go.

Swing, Step & Scale Through Our Jungle Park Adventure! Located on Level 1, outside Boots, this thrilling obstacle course is packed with fun challenges that will have young adventurers climbing, balancing and swinging their way to victory. Take on exciting obstacles including: - Swinging platforms - Balance beams - Cargo nets - Moving timber logs - Bosun’s chair - Tarzan’s bridge Suspended 1.75 metres above the ground, the course offers a safe but exciting experience, with each child receiving three attempts to complete the circuit. Sessions last approximately 15–20 minutes, making it the perfect summer activity for energetic explorers. You can arrive at any time within your booked session. During busier periods there may be a short wait, but our team will be on hand to keep the adventure running smoothly. Jungle Park is suitable for children who are: - Over 112cm tall - Wearing closed-toe shoes For safety reasons, open-toed shoes, sandals, flip-flops and Crocs are not permitted. Children wearing these types of footwear will not be able to take part. Tickets are £4 per child. Mill Tours

We are a working corn mill, producing flour for sale and use within our bakery. We run guided tours lasting about 45 mins to 1 hour that explain the history of the site and the process of making flour. The mill is usually working during the tour but for operational reasons we can not guarantee this. All tours require pre-booking. Please email or text to arrange a tour. tours are £5 per person children under 10 free. The tour involves ascending and descending two flights of stairs.
