Upton Rocks sits quietly in Cheshire and punches well above its weight for things to do on a weeknight. It is not packed with famous venues, but there is usually a local gathering spot or a community noticeboard within walking distance where you can find out what's on. Not bad for a Tuesday. Pub quizzes pop up through the week and the odd open mic night keeps things interesting in this little corner of the country.
