Roberto Picazo Band Rob Picazo is a Rhythm & Blues singer, songwriter and guitarist. Born in Madrid and based in London, Rob’s love for Blues, Soul and Gospel date back to his teenage years, as regular explorations of his father’s vast record collection and the music of Ray Charles, Sam Cooke and Solomon Burke gave way to an obsession marked by listening, research and adulation. Over time, all these influences inspired Rob to write songs with themes of vulnerability, intensity and heartache. Rob’s album Soothe My Soul was recorded in Memphis with members of the legendary Hi Rhythm section, and released in late 2023 to acclaim in the UK, US and his native Spain.
