Sunday Lunch Club

Is held on the second Sunday of the month, at the Spencer Denney Centre, when we serve a sumptuous three course roast dinner. The Club will be open from 11:30 and closes at 14:30. Morning refreshments will be served at tables on arrival. Booking is essential by the Thursday prior to the lunch- 1 st or 2 nd Thursday in the month (depending on the on the month) and can be done by calling or emailing Cost of a Sunday Lunch is £12 per head.

Activity Cafe

The Centre is open on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 for anyone wishing to join others in activities. Working with the Artfulhub we are running a monthly craft morning fro £7. 9:30-12:30 with refreshments. Each month is different and all the materials and instruction will be provided. The crafts include paper weaving baskets, large stone painting, wool murals etc. No experience is necessary. Upcoming dates are 20th January 2026, 24th February 2026, 17th March 2026, 21st April 2026, 19th May 2026, 23rd June 2026, 30th June 2026. These may be subject to change nearer the time so please check what dates they are running.

This group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month 13:00-14:30 to cook a two course meal or other things that the group is intersted in. The group is run by our Chef Trevor who has a wealth of experience and loves to cook. so come along share you love of cooking, learn something new or just have fun.
