Windsor Castle sits right on the Thames and holds a bit of royal history in its very bones. You can find theatre productions nearby or maybe catch some live music at a local venue without needing to travel far. It is not every day you see a town where the Queen used to live, yet there is plenty happening for ordinary folk. The river flows past while community groups run workshops and family days all across Berkshire. We keep an eye on what is going on so you do not have to waste time scrolling through endless lists. Activity Cafe

The Centre is open on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 for anyone wishing to join others in activities. Working with the Artfulhub we are running a monthly craft morning fro £7. 9:30-12:30 with refreshments. Each month is different and all the materials and instruction will be provided. The crafts include paper weaving baskets, large stone painting, wool murals etc. No experience is necessary. Upcoming dates are 20th January 2026, 24th February 2026, 17th March 2026, 21st April 2026, 19th May 2026, 23rd June 2026, 30th June 2026. These may be subject to change nearer the time so please check what dates they are running.
