Discover Sandon Wilding and experience how the landscape shifts from day to evening, with a guided tour from the Wilding team will be collected from Sandon Hall and driven to the heart of the wilding area. Learn the history of the land and how the transformation to Wilding principles, is seeing the emergence of lost species of birds, small and large mammals and deer, through the shifting mosaic of wild grassland and woodland, See the White Park Cattle and Exmoor ponies and learn how their natural behaviours encourage plant diversity and create a variety of habitats, maintaining a balance between open pasture and woodland Connect with nature and contemplate the developing visual landscape, enjoy the complexity in the vistas and challenge yourself to see the beauty in nature in new ways. Refreshments: The Safari ends at sunset with a drink and a traditional homemade Oatcake, cooked onsite. The Sunset Safari is a two hour experience, the time will vary slightly to align with the Sunset time over the summer months.
