Pilates Classes

Pilates classes for all abilities and levels. This is a Mat Pilates class. These classes are based in 4 locations. Classes are of a mixed ability and ages. If you are a beginner or if you have some basic knowledge of Pilates or even if you have been practising Pilates for a while you are very welcome in class. All my classes offer modifications on the exercises giving you the opportunity to practise at your level and abilities, you are very welcome to rest or change your level without any judgement. Sometimes we use small equipment such as resistance bands, weights, soft ball or a Magic Circle. All of which are supplied. These classes are welcoming and relaxed. These can only be booked via a Gold or Platinum membership. If your new and want to give us a try contact me to find out about a free trial class. These classes are 45 minute or 1 hour classes. Depending on your location. On the first Friday of the month we have a community class where, you can stay behind have a cuppa and biscuit and chat. All included in your plan. Please ensure you have completed the health waiver before attending any class. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you book a class and do not attend you will still be charged. Spaces are limited in some classes so please try to cancel within 8 hours for a full refund or change to another class, so someone else can have your spot on the mat. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your class within less than 4 hours then cancellation policy will apply.
