Description DaVinci Resolve Editing – online course for beginners is designed to guide you step-by-step with exercises exploring DaVinci Resolve’s video editing, colour correcting, sound editing and other functions. This interactive course led by a pro filmmaker runs on ZOOM over seven weeks with 90-minute sessions for a maximum of 8 learners (10.5 hours contact time). Used by professionals, production companies & Hollywood, the standard version of DaVinci Resolve is free to install on your computer. By the end of this course you will have: – - a broader knowledge of DaVinci Resolve. - a deeper understanding of Video Editing. - the confidence and ability to tell a story through editing using all the tools available. - knowledge of colour correction and colour grading. - knowledge of sound correction, including basic sound repairing and recording sound. - the ability to export your final project in various formats. The course is designed for confident adults aged 18+ with solid computer skills. We suggest that participants first complete our Introduction to Filmmaking, which covers basic editing (or have similar experience or have completed comparable courses).
