A link to the 2026 open follows: https://www.shustokesailingclub.co.uk/event/comet-open-meeting There is a growing fleet of Comets and the club comes highly recommended. The open will take place alongside club racing, with the first start at 11.30 am. The first two races are likely to be back-to-back followed by a break for lunch. The facilities are very good and the clubhouse offers an uninterrupted view over the sizeable reservoir. There is less wind shadow than we experience at many Comet venues, due to a relative lack of trees or other obstructions.
