About this event

Braybrooke Brewery Tours At Braybrooke, time is our most important ingredient. We are a farmhouse brewery devoted to making real lagers - and lagers alone. Brewed to traditional Bavarian principles, using the finest ingredients we can source, and given the patience they deserve. Our brewery tours offer the chance to see - and taste - why that matters. Tour Details Every last Saturday of the month 1pm & 4pm sessions Approx. 90 minutes Maximum 10 guests per tour £17.50 per person Your booking includes tasting paddle of 3 core beers, reserved mezzanine seating and 10% off food and drink on the day. Advance booking required. What to Expect This 90-minute guided tour takes you behind the scenes of our working brewery, where you’ll discover: - Why authentic lager cannot be rushed - The role of traditional malts from Bamberg and noble hops from Tettnang - Our multi-stage decoction mashing process - Why we allow our beers five full weeks of cold lagering Guided Tasting Your tour concludes with a tasting of our 3 lagers from our core range [change info below to reflect what is offered]: Helles – bright, balanced and effortlessly drinkable Keller – amber-hued, soft and malt-forward Pilsner – pale, crisp and elegantly hopped Three distinct expressions of what real lager can be. You may also add a seasonal or special release tasting paddle for £5. Time well spent. Time well honoured. Welcome to real lagers. Welcome to Braybrooke.
