During this one day workshop, Karen will use the medium of watercolour to inspire Students to start to explore the various and extensive techniques that are possible in producing a simple finished piece of botanical art. Students will learn - how to use close observation by studying the unique differences in the way that botanical subjects grow - explore shape, textures, and colours Demonstrations and examination of painted work examples will assist in turning observations and development of techniques into expressive and creative pieces of artwork.
