Change the lives of people experiencing homelessness at this fun-filled, adrenaline pumping, water sports event. Each Dragon Boat takes up to 17 people; 16 rowers and one drummer. No previous experience is necessary as all training will be given on the day. Each team will have a minimum of three timed races where your single fastest time only will count for Grand Final qualification The Grand Final will be a race to the finish where all the dragon boats that can be safely raced together will race one last time and the first team across the line will be declared: Dragon Boat Champions of Manchester. The team entry fee is £650.00 per team, for a team of 17 that's equates to just £38 per person. Barnabus does not receive any of the money from the boat entry cost.
