Beginner Herbalism Walk and Medicinal Tea Blending Workshop

Join us for another delightful and relaxing introduction to foraging and the world of herbal medicine. This is a small group workshop with max 8 spaces, with a couple of limited spaces available to join for the educational walk only. This beginner-friendly experience combines a guided medicinal plant walk with a hands-on herbal tea blending workshop, giving you the knowledge and confidence to begin building your own relationship with common healing plants. For thousands of years, herbal teas have been one of the simplest and most effective ways of preparing medicinal plants. During this workshop, you'll discover how to use medicinal plants to create nourishment and healing for everyday life, including colds, insomnia, immunity, stress and more. What to Expect: 11am-12.30/1pm Our journey begins with an guided foraging walk through local nature spots. Learn how to identify and responsibly harvest a variety of wild medicinal herbs, flowers, and plants that thrive during the summer season. Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating insights about the herbal applications of these wild treasures. 1-2.30PM: After the foraging walk, we will gather for a medicinal-tea blending workshop at Soul Wellness Hub, where you can create your own bespoke medicinal herbal tea blends to take home using herbs from our guides extensive apothecary.
