Join us on Open Farm Sunday for a fascinating insight into how we produce our food and manage the land and livestock here and Oaktrack and discover first hand what it means to be a smallholder. Meet our animals,help with hands on activities, take a tour of the site, hear from local artisans and craftspeople and watch and participate in demonstrations. A BBQ, homemade refreshments and ice cream will be available to purchase throughout the day and our plant nursery and farm shop will also be open. £5 per adult and children under 5 free with 50% of proceeds being donated to the Countess of Brecknock Hospice. About this farm: Oaktrack is a smallholding where we breed Oxford, Sandy and Black pigs, pedigree Shetland sheep and a mixed flock of Lleyn crosses. We also buy in native breed calves locally (including Irish Moiled, Belted Galloways and Aberdeen Angus crosses) and have a small flock of laying hens.
