MEDICINA: A Mid-Summer Portal MEDICINA is our full-day alchemical journey of dance, Nature connection, meditation, conscious connection and embodied celebration… it’s a space to ground, release, open, activate and remember the medicine of our own Being – body, heart and spirit. Through bioenergetics, chi gong, conscious connection, cacao, ecstatic dance, medicine music and a nourishing fruit social, we gather to honour the Sun, the Earth, and the wild aliveness within.
