I bought my Engwe ebike through cycle to work scheme with Rocket Ebike. Nigel has been a superstar and great to deal with. From the first contact, I can see his professionalism and dedication to ensuring the best service provided to his customers. Through no fault of his, some accessories that I ordered from Engwe was not available after the payment have been approved. He immediately resolved the issue with generous goodwill and cover the cost of the missing accessory from his own pocket. Very impressed with his customer care and support!
