On 6 August, enjoy a relaxed summer gathering centred around a live BBQ demonstration from our Craft Butcher, Michael, as he expertly prepares and showcases exceptional cuts and bold flavours. From spatchcock chicken and côte de boeuf to slow-cooked pork belly and lamb koftas, dishes are served alongside seasonal salads and fresh bread. Your evening begins with a glass of sparkling English wine, setting the tone for a sociable and indulgent experience, with a fully stocked bar available throughout, offering beers, wines, ciders and soft drinks.
