About this event
In this course you will learn how to make basic shortcrust, sweet shortcrust, hot water crust, and choux recipes . You’ll learn the techniques of rubbing in butter and bringing dough together , the importance of keeping everything cool, and of resting doughs, rolling out, blind baking, baking choux buns, sealing pastry, crimping & glazing, using filo and those all important steam holes.
