Summer Club (Leader Sign-Up)

Summer Club is back in July 2026 and we need your help! Lutterworth Summer Club is an action-packed holiday club for 5 – 11 year olds run by St Mary's Church in Lutterworth. With crafts, games, sports, Bible stories, music and drama, we're bound to have an amazing week together! If you'd like to join our Summer Club team, sign up below. You will need to be available from 8am to 1pm on each day you sign up for and Ben Horrex (our Associate Pastor) will be in touch with more details nearer the time. We welcome both Adult Leaders (18+) and Junior Team volunteers (for those already in school years 7-13 [as of the 2025/2026 academic year]).  We will also be in touch nearer the time to arrange a Safer Recruitment Form (if required) and to sign you up for our Safeguarding Training which must be completed annually by every volunteer.   Confidential Declaration for Children's Ministry Volunteers: You will understand the great responsibility involved in working with children, young people and vulnerable adults, and the need to ensure their safety. We are committed to caring for all. All those volunteering to work with the church must abide by our Safeguarding Policy and Health & Safety Risk Assessment. All those working with children and/or vulnerable adults will receive any necessary training. This form includes a confidential declaration relating to safeguarding which must be completed.
