Visit Canons Ashby to enjoy the beautiful gardens, the historic house, the medieval church and green outdoor spaces. On Saturday enjoy live clarinet music, or on Sunday have a close up, hands-on look at our nature items, for kids or adults. Visit Canons Ashby to enjoy the beautiful gardens, the historic house, the medieval church and green outdoor spaces. It will be free entry both days from 10am until we close at 5pm. The house will be open from 11.30am until last entry at 3.30pm. On Saturday 12 September, enjoy music from the Liquorice Allsorts Clarinet Ensemble 11.30am -12.30pm (in the garden if the weather is dry, in the church if wet), and 2-3pm (in the church). Whilst you're here, pop into the shop to collect a souvenir or treat yourself in the tea-room to a cream tea or a light lunch. Free entry on these days only as part of Heritage Open Days. There's no need to book in advance.
