In this practical, hands-on cooking class, we’ll explore easy ways to plan nourishing, affordable meals that fit into busy everyday lives. Learn how to build balanced plant-based meals, make the most of versatile ingredients, and create simple weekly meal plans that save time, reduce food waste, and take the guesswork out of cooking. This class will be a mixture of practical cooking, demos and time to ask questions. All ingredients and equipment needed for the class are provided. She loves to learn about food from different countries and cultures and enjoys recreating and adapting these dishes using seasonal and affordable ingredients.
