What to Expect? Breakfast & Connection Start the morning with good food and great conversation in a relaxed, welcoming space. Worship Together Lift your eyes and heart through a time of worship as we centre ourselves on God. Guest Speaker: "The Invisible Weight" An honest and thought-provoking talk exploring the unseen pressures men often carry and how faith reshapes the way we bear them. Reflection Session A guided time to pause, process, and respond. Together we'll consider what to release, what to embrace, and what to carry forward. Man Lite is for men aged 18+ who want to invest intentionally in their spiritual health, build authentic connections, and grow stronger together. You'll leave encouraged, challenged, and reminded that you were never meant to carry life alone. Sign-Up Required Please RSVP to secure your place. Alpha Youth

The Alpha Youth Series consists of a series of episodes run over 10 weeks exploring life's real questions – made for youth by youth & it's all FREE. We will be sharing breakfast together, watching a video and chatting about the content. We will meet together at 10:30 as the service starts. To express your interest in coming, do sign up , but there is no pressure to come if you change your mind. Please do invite friends, everyone is welcome. What happens at Alpha Youth?   Every Alpha Youth session includes time to connect, over food.   Video sessions over 9 weeks exploring faith, life and purpose.   Nothing is off-limits and you can say whatever's on your mind. Or is Alpha Youth? Alpha Youth is a series of interactive sessions designed to start an open and honest conversation around some of the big questions of life. Topics at Alpha Youth include: Who is Jesus, why did he die, how do I read the Bible, how do I pray, how is the Holy Spirit, and does God heal today? Alpha Youth runs all across the UK, in schools, homes, youth ministries, prisons, and online. AT EV youth we always start off with food, then watch a talk, and discuss. Who is Alpha Youth for? Alpha Youth was created for teenagers and young adults. Do I have to keep going each week? No! Alpha Youth is a space for you to explore faith on your terms.

Vineyard Leadership Essentials

For the past 3 years at Epsom Vineyard we've been running the Vineyard Essentials Leadership Training, which is also being run across many Vineyard churches in the UK & Ireland. [https://www.vineyardchurches.org.uk/training-pathway/leadership-essentials/](https://www.vineyardchurches.org.uk/training-pathway/leadership-essentials/) It's the best training we've used for releasing new leaders into ministries the past three years, we've released 5 Life Groups, a whole Alpha Ministry, and sown into other Ministry Areas from potential leaders who have undertaken the 'Essentials Course' with us. We've also improved the skills of EV Leaders across their areas of influence. Essentials is an opportunity to grow in 5 areas: vision & calling; spiritual & emotional capacity; communication; leadership & multiplication; gathering & mission. We'll be learning from great teachers within the vineyard movement, and as it's run locally at EV, we'll be growing together as a team of leaders. We've found it to be really helpful – — for people who have led before, but aren't at the moment, — for people who lead in a work context, but haven't in a church context, — for people who haven't led before, or don't consider themselves a leader, but we've recognised potential leadership skills on them. — We've also found it useful for those already leading at EV, and just want some coaching and input specific to their area of Ministry! Praise and Play

Praise and Play is a weekly, term time, toddler group. It is for parents, greandparents, carers and their little ones. We meet term time on Tuesday mornings and are open from 9:15 to about 11:30. We start with free play and have lots of toys including a garage and cars, wooden train set, jigsaws, play dough, duplo/megabocks, kitchen and play food, buggies, ride on trucks, see-saw and slide. We then have snack time drinks and biscuits and delicious cake. Singing and story time follows our snacks - we encourage you to get involved with the songs and actions. Our story time is a short story from the bible. We then have a craft activity related to the story. Note that there is a small cost of £2 for an adult and child and an additional 50p for each additional child. Just turn up! Children remain the responsibility of the parent/carer at all times

Alpha Course with supper

What is Alpha? Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith, in an open and relaxed environment. Who is Alpha for? Anyone, of any background, who is curious to ask their questions and find out more about faith should try Alpha. This course is for adults (if you are interested in youth alpha please email [](mailto:)). It's designed for those who are exploring; it's for the cynics, the sceptics and the inquisitive.  It's also for those who already have a faith, for those who would like to have more confidence in talking to others about what they believe and why.  It's also a place for anyone to ask questions.   How does it work? Each Alpha session includes a short video and then a discussion where you can share your thoughts and where no question is off-limits. We'll start with a simple supper together, so please do let us know if you have any dietary requirements. When is the next Alpha?
