The National Trust and the Woodland Trust, supported by National Lottery Players through the National Lottery Heritage Fund, are working together to reconnect Grantham to its historic landscape. This monthly guided walk provides visitors the opportunity to discover more about the history of the landscape. Journey along the Eastern Avenue of lime and chestnut trees, up to Bellmount Plantation, to capture the stunning views stretching across Grantham. No dogs on this walk. The route includes entering Belton's Deer Sanctuary, where the priority remains keeping the environment solely for the purpose of the deer and grazing sheep.
