Needle Felting Workshop – Create Your Own Happy Duck

This free to attend baby & toddler group runs every Thursday morning (during term time) at the Kingsley Holt Centre, Varied activities for the children and a healthy snack. Come along to meet other parents/grandparents. Close to Cheadle, Leek and Ashbourne. The class is for all abilities – the exercises are designed for people to take them at their own level of strength and flexibility. There will be a general warm up and then some chair yoga – both sitting, and standing using the chair for support. For some fun for the last 10 minutes, I usually teach some basic dance moves for people to embrace their inner ‘Strictly’! Emphasis is on an enjoyable, no pressure, non-judgemental environment for people to improve their fitness levels for health benefits. No need to book, just turn up.
