About this event
All of my hypnobirthing classes are relaxed and engaging, I use plenty of demonstrations to make things memorable. Don’t panic, I won’t make you do anything weird, I won’t be hypnotising you either. You can choose how involved you would like to be and there is absolutely no pressure at all to participate in anything, it’s all very relaxed. There are a few options available in terms of choosing a class that suits you best. All of my hypnobirthing classes are available either online or in-person within West Yorkshire. Group hypnobirthing Class In-Person, face to face (Wakefield) & online - My next group course will be held in September 2026 Group courses are held 3 times a year at my home in Castleford, Wakefield, this is the last group course of the year Sunday 6th and Sunday 13th September - 9am-1pm - WF105WG £275 includes a space for you and your birth partner Get to know other expectant parents whilst preparing for a calm and confident birth with me.
