Wednesdays 7pm till 8pm Yoga Gruham or Yoga Home is creating a friendly community environment to explore the foundations of the Ashtanga yoga sequence. This framework of postures provides a means by which to explore and experiment with our breath and body. Our Wednesday night beginners gang engages in this with a sense of community, humour and openness to learn. The benefits of Yoga go so far beyond the physical; a sense of general wellbeing and increased ability for mindfulness and stilling of the mind are but only a few! We have created such a wonderful Yoga Home for Every Body here in Netherlee; all are very welcome to our wee hoose.
