About this event

Explore Farnham’s textile history in this hands-on weaving workshop led by artist Elizabeth Murton. You will add a line of yarn to a shared community weave or spend longer making a small weave to take home. With a range of fibres, including traditional fibres such as wool, linen and nettle, the workshop introduces simple weaving skills and historic loom methods, with links to Farnham’s wool trade and local craft heritage.
