ARISE Worship Workout ARISE Worship Workout for ladies runs every Thursday (7:30–8:30pm) at Verso, St Albans. What to expect: A joyful, uplifting hour of movement, worship music, and feel-good exercise. Aerobic and conditioning workouts suitable for all fitness levels��— come and get energised, refreshed, and strengthened together. On the third Thursday of each month, Denise Gray will lead a Pilates session set to worship music, with gentle movement, stretching, relaxation, and mindful breathing. Please bring a mat if you have one. Cost: £3 per session (to help cover equipment). If cost is a barrier, just select a "gift ticket" when signing up. Everyone is welcome — bring a friend!
