About this event
Twice a week or so, we turn our shop into a miniature auditorium and sometimes a cinema in which authors talk about and read from their work, meet their readers, show films and engage in lively debate about literature, history, politics and everything in between. For those wanting pre-event refreshments, the St. JOHN café next door to the Bookshop is open for wine, house cocktails and snacks until 6.55 p.m. before events.
