Join us for another Foodie Saturday at The Farmers Butcher, this time with Alicia from Epula Epula is led by founder and head chef Alicia Storey, who brings over 20 years of culinary experience and a passion for creating thoughtful, flavour-led dishes for special occasions and events. For this pop-up, Alicia will be cooking with our butcher’s produce to create a simple but seriously good menu built around bold flavours and quality ingredients. On the menu: Lamb kofta made with our butcher’s lamb, served with sautéed potatoes, mint and lemon yoghurt. Butcher’s skirt steak with fried egg and crispy chilli oil. Food will be served from 11:30am until 2:30pm or until sold out, so come hungry and make a lunchtime of it.
