Those who are aged 40 - 74 are being offered the opportunity to have a free health check. This will assess personal heart health, cholesterol levels, blood pressure and risk of diabetes. Your personal advisor can also help with information on diet, physical activity, smoking, alcohol, and risk reduction. To book a health check visit https://surveys.hertfordshire.gov.uk/s/HealthCheckRegistration/ NHS Health Checks are currently available at our South Oxhey Healthy Hub: Thursday 23 July - 11.30am - 3pm
