Not listed — worth a quick ask
Get involved in an ancient tradition to help us preserve the hill figure of the white horse, keeping it gleaming white. Help us apply crushed chalk to the surface of the horse and get stuck into this peculiarly satisfying task that keeps the horse visible for miles around. Equipment provided. Families are welcome. Please Note: Due to the archaeological works taking place to safeguard the future of the horse they may not be as much re-chalking to take part in as there usually is. Whilst we'll try and allow everyone a chance to get involved we have to prioritise preserving the horse and we may have to limit the number of people taking part at times.
