The Silk Museum is delighted to host Visual Artist and Repair Specialist Aimee Spilsted for an experiential workshop to make your very own beautiful needle caselet. With exclusive access to Spilsted’s personal fabric off-cuts collection, a treasure trove of vintage denim and hand dyed, natural dyed and bold, retro, floral, japandi prints, gathered across many countries and time zones! She will guide you through thoughtful placement, piecing and stitching, using mending and decorative sewing techniques.
